Villa Sosnowa – Rates of 2025/2026

Villa Sosnowa guests receive breakfast and half-board in the Wy&Spa restaurant (about 250 meters away)
Breakfast buffet: 8.00 – 10.30
Half-board (3-course menu a’la carte: starter, main course dessert for dividing to the day): 13.00 – 21.oo

Additional information

• The rates count during an accommodation for up to 2 people.
• The rental rate includes the final cleaning costs of the apartment.
• Towel change on request for an extra charge of 20 PLN per set for two persons.
• The bedclothes are switched out once per week.
• Check in: between 15.00 and 20.00.
• Other arrival times have to be arranged with the owner.
• Check out: Latest until 10.00 on the agreed day of departure vacated, and ready to pass over.
• All possible damage and losses during the usage of the apartment have to be immediately reported to reception.
• Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
• Bringing pets is allowed only on request. It will be charged 10 euros per day without food.
• All the formalities, issues reports, applications, payments and key transfer take place in the reception of the Wy&Spa resort:

• We grant all of our Villa Sosnowa guests 10% discount in our Wy&Spa restaurant including our a ‘la carte Menu and the continental breakfast buffet.
• We grant all of our Villa Sosnowa guests 10% discount on all spa treatments in our Wy&Spa.
• We provide a parking lot for 5 Euro per night.
• A guarded parking can be provided in Wy&Spa if available for 8 Euro per day.
• Bicycle renting: upon request and charged extra.
• Local tourist tax: 3,00 PLN per person, per night.
• All rates may change during the year without prior notice.
